A server is a system which that responds to requests across a computer network to provide, or help to provide, a network service. The purpose of DHCP is to automate the IP address configuration of a computer without a network administrator. Modulation is the process of varying one or more properties of a periodic waveform, called the carrier signal (High Frequency Signal), with a modulating signal which typically contains information to be transmitted.
