Flexible Storage Configuration Options, High Performance
Inspur NF5170M4 can be configured with 10 hot-plug 2.5” bays or 8 hot-plug 2.5” bays plus optional DVD-ROM. NF5170M4 also offers the unique design of having 4 hot-plug 3.5” SATA/SAS bays plus 2 hot plug 2.5” bays in the front for SSDs. Up to 4 NVMe drives can be installed to improve throughput gains and performance.
Multiple Onboard IO Options, Energy Efficient Design
Inspur NF5170M4 offers onboard 4 port 1GbE ports or option to upgrade to onboard dual port 10G SFP+ ports plus option for onboard LSI 3008 HBA for the most cost effective and high performance server design. Additional 2 PCI-e slots are available for future upgrades. Multiple general and platinum power supply options are provided, supporting PMBUS and Intel’s latest NM 3.0 technology. Inspur thermal design optimizes air flow control using the latest PID technology to effectively dissipate heat, control and reduce system noise, which significantly increases product durability and reliability and significantly reduce system power consumption when coupled with a platinum-level high efficiency power supply.
