The Jou Jye aluminum backplane JJ-87SS supports up to 12Gbit/s and can host up to eight hot-swap SATA/SAS HDD or SSD in one 5.25" bay.
The front ventilating holes and the horizontal PCB design enhance the air flow inside, while the rear fan amplifies the cooling performance of this device.
Hard drives are properly led into the cableless connection through guiding rails and are protected by anti-vibration springs on the HDD tray.
This backplane features one rear miniSAS HD (SFF-8643) interface for connecting to a compatible controller.
Moreover, safety and protection are provided by the metal keylock design, to prevent unauthorised access.
