HOW IT WORKS
Jabra Suite for Mac can interface with a range of softphone standards via the embedded drivers.
The programme runs in the background and monitors your USB ports for the connected Jabra device(s) and installed softphone(s) - and thereby enables the Jabra device(s) to have remote call control over the softphone(s).
If new software to improve your Jabra device – so called firmware – is available, Jabra Suite for Mac’s Firmware Updater will offer to easily update your connected Jabra device.

Jabra Suite for Mac provides compatibility between Jabra USB devices and the following softphones on the Mac OS platform:

Mass deployment
In large networks, software distribution and updates are often tedious and tie up a lot of administration resources. Installing software on every single system is both time-consuming and unproductive.
The process can be made much more cost- and time-effective using remote software installation and automated installation.
To meet these challenges/fulfil these needs, we have developed Jabra Suite for Mac IT Deployment Tool. The tool enables mass roll-out of Jabra Suite for Mac.
