The 'screen record' function records everything that is happening on the screen and also records the audio (microphone required) meaning that a presentation can be recorded visually including all annotations and the discussion heard. This is great for referring back to a previous presentation but also for sharing the results with people who may have not been able to attend.
Collaborate with colleagues like never before
The data conferencing feature of the StarBoard software means you can collaborate on documents, brainstorm and even review floor plans in real time, even when individuals are separated by thousands of kilometers.
Using StarBoard software, a shared whiteboard session can be hosted and joined by dozens of other participants, who can then follow on with the editing of documents or almost any imported content, in real time. Editing rights can also be shared amongst the group allowing different sites to add input into the same workspace.
