With this Gold Support Subscription GoBright supports remotely questions about the GoBright software solutions to the administrator, of the support subscription during one year. This also includes remote assistance and support in configuring related external systems like Office 365.
By remote we mean by Phone, E-mail and website (help center). Gold Support also contains Remote Installation Support. The GoBright Gold Support is an annual subscription. It renews itself yearly until the user stops it. Support tickets will be answered (with a first solution) normally within 8 hours. When it is not possible to solve the issue within this time we will customize the further process with the customer and agree on how to handle.
Conditions:
- This support is not for end users of the GoBright solutions but for Administrators
- Opening hours GoBright Support Desk by Phone between 08.30 and 17.00 hour CET.
- The GoBright website (GoBright.com) contains a Help Center which contains all installation manuals of the GoBright Software Solutions, technical documentation and documentation on many other user topics. The GoBright website is open 24 hours a day to anybody.
- Support is always remote and not onsite.
- Installation support includes support on integration of AD or calendar system (Exchange/365 or Gsuite) as far as this is needed to make GoBright integrated.
- Support does not include management of external systems like AD or calendar system
- Support answer questions to help the administrator setting up the system by himself.
