The imageFORMULA R10 scanner is very convenient. Simply connect your Windows® or Mac® computer using the supplied USB cable. The built-in scanning software starts automatically, allowing you to begin scanning immediately. With its convenient and portable design, you can take the R10 scanner anywhere you need to eliminate paper … home, work, classrooms, or anywhere in between. And there is no need to worry about carrying a separate power source, as the scanner gets its power from the connected computer.
GREAT IMAGING, INTUITIVE SOFTWARE, POWERFUL RESULTS
All imageFORMULA scanners leverage the same technology used in Canon’s camera products, producing high-quality scanned images. The R10 scanner has built-in CaptureOnTouch Lite software, so there is no need to install anything onto your computer. CaptureOnTouch Lite allows you to save your scanned images as searchable PDF files, JPG files, and more. And the software will automatically update to the most recent version to ensure that you have the latest features. You can scan various types of media in color at up to 12 pages per minute. These include paper sizes from letter to legal, receipts, business cards, and even embossed plastic cards. Both sides of a document scan at the same time, eliminating the need to rotate and re-feed documents, and the automatic feeder will hold up to 20 items.

The imageFORMULA R10 scanner meets ENERGY STAR® guidelines for energy efficiency. Its packing materials include recyclable paper and biodegradable plastic, and it also uses less power than any other scanner model in this class.
