Superfast external AXAGON EEM2-XS SHOCKPROOF box with USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface is designed for NVMe (PCI-Express) M.2 SSD disks. A big advantage of the box is the double disk cooling system and thus the lowest possible temperature of the M.2 SSD disk.
Ribbed body design and internal heat sink provides great M.2 disk cooling. This extends its service life and also prevents the disk from slowing down, so-called "Thermal Throttling". Robust box body also protect the disk. Another bonus is a silicone box sleeve, which makes the box better protected against impacts, does not slide on the table and holds well in hand.
SuperSpeed USB 10 Gbit/s interface allows you to enjoy the speed of modern M.2 SSD drives. Due the fast USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface is the transmission speed up to 10 Gb/s. Comfortable connection allows reversible USB-C connector. You will find two cables to connect the box in the package - standard USB-A / USB-C cable and also USB-C / USB-C cable. The external M.2 box also supports other modern functions, e.g. TRIM.
NVMe M.2 SSD disk up to 22x80 mm can be used in the external box. The box has no SSD capacity limitation. M.2 cards can be single-sided or double-sided.
Inserting M.2 SSD disk into this box you will create a fast and compact external drive. The box can be used with computers and laptops, as well as with OTG-enabled mobile phones and tablets.
