With this function a check in/check out can be realized very quickly and conveniently - including the print-out of a single call proof with the PBX (printer can be operated at the USB host or serial port of the PBX). An additional PC is not necessary. With one or more central reception phones (COMfortel 1500/ 2500 (AB)/VoIP 2500 AB/1600/2600) the room phones can be released or locked. The stored charges can simply be queried with the reception phones and a single call data proof for the guest can be printed out. Including room telephone features for all released internal subscribers.
