A caller should be enabled to decide by himself which department he wants to reach. Up to 10 different targets can be reached by dialling an DTMF digit. An audio announcement informs about the possible options. This can be recorded via a telephone or transferred with a computer. It is possible to setup a maximum of 10 automatic receptions. A jump from one automatic reception to the next provides the caller a fast track to the desired department or target person. If only a placeholder is entered the caller can access the desired extension or group by DTMF post-dialling.
