2N® EasyGate is an analogue GSM gateway for the transmission of voice, data, and analogue fax. It also allows you to send and receive SMS messages for better communication with your customers. In addition, this gateway serves as a full-featured fixed line replacement and even lets you save on calls to mobile networks.
Fixed-line replacement
Take the advantage of the 2N® EasyGate full-featured fixed line. Anywhere a fixed line is not available or where its operation would not pay for itself.
Easy installation including backup power supply
Thanks to the ‘plug & play’ solution you don’t have to wait for a fixed line to be put in, or to spend time on device configuration. In addition, you also get a power supply backup.
FAX services over the GSM network
This one-channel analogue GSM gateway provides not only for calls, but also for sending data, fax or SMS text messages.
SMS monitoring
The GSM gateway can keep you informed via SMS about an outage main power, its coming on again, and the status of the backup batteries.
Call-metering impulses at 16 or 12 kHz
2N® EasyGate is equipped with a tariff impulse transmitter. These serve to determine the call pricing or duration of an attached device.
Credit limit monitoring
The gateway monitors the credit status and alerts via SMS when the set limit is reached. This saves you from exceeding your tariff limits so you won’t have to pay anything extra.
CLI transmission
The option to transmit the caller ID number from GSM to a connected phone using FSK.
Automatic dialling
In the event of a long lasting pick-up of the handset without dialling a number, a predefined number is dialled automatically.
SMS input
The gateway can also be used for monitoring. On detecting a switching SMS input, it can send a predefined SMS to a specified number.
